STM Systems Ltd was founded by Stephen McElroy in 1997 to continue and expand the business developed by the STM Partnership, which began operations in 1991.  

Our core business between 1991 and 2003 concentrated on providing innovative business applications design and development, with a mixed client-base of local SMEs and UK-wide blue-chip companies.

The company down-scaled its operations in 2003, when the founder – Stephen McElroy - joined the BT Group to pursue a career in Programme & Project Management. Stephen left BT in September 2011, after several years working across Europe as a Senior Programme Manager and Programme Director.  

Stephen re-joined STM Systems after leaving BT and the company is currently re-establishing our service portfolio and customer base.

STM Systems Ltd continue to offer unique expertise in business application design and development and also specialise in providing strategic planning and counsel on programme transformation, programme delivery assurance and best-practice structural frameworks for effective project management governance and operational delivery management.

STM have partnerships and links to various organisations and agencies that we can tap into to provide just-in-time resources, consultancy expertise and cross-discipline synergies across a wide range of business applications and ICT skillsets.
